Love this piece, Mindy. I haven't had an article go viral, but I feel you with those hate comments on more controversial topics.

What I started doing recently was every time I see a notification from someone who commented on my article, but doesn't clap, I don't read it and I ignore it. I wish to be able to get to a point where I can read it and not let it affect me, but I'm not there yet and I can only take so much negativity and hate. I choose to focus on the positive ones that uplift me when I'm still growing into my voice.
